Emory Law School Externships

Each spring and fall semester, the Georgia Tax Clinic hosts several Emory Law students as externs. These students receive extensive training in tax controversy practice and work part-time in our clinic in exchange for course credit. The guidance we provide helps students expand their knowledge of U.S. tax law, acquire essential litigation skills, and provide meaningful assistance to people in need.

Through this program, we are able to expand our reach to help more Georgians and have a hand in shaping and encouraging a spirit of philanthropy in some of the brightest minds within the next generation of attorneys.
